I enjoy coming to this Local Gaming Store to purchase singles, but lately the big girl there doesn't have good customer service. I asked for help using their pc cause I guess the internet was down and she was oblivious to it and just told me"can't do nothing about it" she didn't even bother getting up to check the issue.

There are much better shops in town. Iβd steer clear of their vintage inventory. Many of their prices were $20β$30 above market, and they insisted on using TCGPlayer pricing while completely disregarding recent eBay sold listings. I was interested in a vintage card that was priced about $20 over recent sales and asked if they would come down by just $5. The employee pulled up TCGPlayer sales data, ignored a more recent sale from the same day for a better-condition copy at a lower price, and wasnβt willing to work with me at all. I came in prepared to spend several hundred dollars and am always looking for vintage cards, but the experience left a bad taste. There are plenty of other local shops that price more reasonably, understand the vintage market, and are happy to earn your business.

Accidently ordered cards for pickup to the Gilbert location instead of the Tempe one. Called the day after to see if I can cancel and reorder at the other location, the woman on the phone said she didn't know how to and to call back later when someone else who knew how to do it would be in. I ended up not calling and following through with my order since the cards were still useful for me and I loved the Tempe location, so I don't mind the extra drive time too much. I had my girlfriend pick them up for me while I was at work. She said the woman working there had a pretty bad attitude. She asked for ID for the order, which is totally fine and understandable, but I've given my girlfriend the order number and confirmed I would call to allow her to pick them up. The worker rolled her eyes and gave her the cards. My girlfriend also wanted to buy some cards for herself and, when she asked about the singles database (both locations allow you to search and purchase singles) she sighed and said they do not because they're still scanning. Overall, what happened empirically was fine, but the attitude was night and day compared to the Tempe location. Probably won't be coming here again. Pret

Awesome shop. Me and my buddy pop over there a couple times a month for paints and to check out the used warhammer, which they price fairly and keep in good condition in display cases (major side eye to baxter's π), and sometimes just to hang out and paint. The staff is friendly and helpful and the regulars are just as welcoming. Fellow painters in the discord or at the store have given me valuable advice, and most of the people there are just great for just some good nerdy conversation. Overall, great community and great vibes, I recommend to anyone in the area!
